Simulation of spin wave amplification using the method of characteristics to the transport equation
    Computer Research and Modeling, 2022, v. 14, no. 4, pp. 795-803

The paper presents an analysis of the nonlinear equation of spin wave transport by the method of characteristics. The conclusion of a new mathematical model of spin wave propagation is presented for the solution of which the characteristic is applied. The behavior analysis of the behavior of the real and imaginary parts of the wave and its amplitude is performed. The phase portraits demonstrate the dependence of the desired function on the nonlinearity coefficient. It is established that the real and imaginary parts of the wave oscillate by studying the nature of the evolution of the initial wave profile by the phase plane method. The transition of trajectories from an unstable focus to a limiting cycle, which corresponds to the oscillation of the real and imaginary parts, is shown. For the amplitude of the wave, such a transition is characterized by its amplification or attenuation (depending on the nonlinearity coefficient and the chosen initial conditions) up to a certain threshold value. It is shown that the time of the transition process from amplification (attenuation) to stabilization of the amplitude also depends on the nonlinearity parameter. It was found out that at the interval of amplification of the amplitude of the spin wave, the time of the transition process decreases, and lower amplitude values correspond to higher parameters of nonlinearity.

Research on the achievability of a goal in a medical quest
    Computer Research and Modeling, 2025, v. 17, no. 6, pp. 1149-1179

The work presents an experimental study of the tree structure that occurs during a medical examination. At each meeting with a medical specialist, the patient receives a certain number of areas for consulting other specialists or for tests. A tree of directions arises, each branch of which the patient should pass. Depending on the branching of the tree, it can be as final — and in this case the examination can be completed — and endless when the patient’s goal cannot be achieved. In the work both experimentally and theoretically studied the critical properties of the transition of the system from the forest of the final trees to the forest endless, depending on the probabilistic characteristics of the tree.

For the description, a model is proposed in which a discrete function of the probability of the number of branches on the node repeats the dynamics of a continuous gaussian distribution. The characteristics of the distribution of the Gauss (mathematical expectation of $x_0$, the average quadratic deviation of $\sigma$) are model parameters. In the selected setting, the task refers to the problems of branching random processes (BRP) in the heterogeneous model of Galton – Watson.

Experimental study is carried out by numerical modeling on the final grilles. A phase diagram was built, the boundaries of areas of various phases are determined. A comparison was made with the phase diagram obtained from theoretical criteria for macrosystems, and an adequate correspondence was established. It is shown that on the final grilles the transition is blurry.

The description of the blurry phase transition was carried out using two approaches. In the first, standard approach, the transition is described using the so-called inclusion function, which makes the meaning of the share of one of the phases in the general set. It was established that such an approach in this system is ineffective, since the found position of the conditional boundary of the blurred transition is determined only by the size of the chosen experimental lattice and does not bear objective meaning.

The second, original approach is proposed, based on the introduction of an parameter of order equal to the reverse average tree height, and the analysis of its behavior. It was established that the dynamics of such an order parameter in the $\sigma = \text{const}$ section with very small differences has the type of distribution of Fermi – Dirac ($\sigma$ performs the same function as the temperature for the distribution of Fermi – Dirac, $x_0$ — energy function). An empirical expression has been selected for the order parameter, an analogue of the chemical potential is introduced and calculated, which makes sense of the characteristic scale of the order parameter — that is, the values of $x_0$, in which the order can be considered a disorder. This criterion is the basis for determining the boundary of the conditional transition in this approach. It was established that this boundary corresponds to the average height of a tree equal to two generations. Based on the found properties, recommendations for medical institutions are proposed to control the provision of limb of the path of patients.

The model discussed and its description using conditionally-infinite trees have applications to many hierarchical systems. These systems include: internet routing networks, bureaucratic networks, trade and logistics networks, citation networks, game strategies, population dynamics problems, and others.

The model of interference of long waves of economic development
    Computer Research and Modeling, 2021, v. 13, no. 3, pp. 649-663

The article substantiates the need to develop and analyze mathematical models that take into account the mutual influence of long (Kondratiev) waves of economic development. The analysis of the available publications shows that at the model level, the direct and inverse relationships between intersecting long waves are still insufficiently studied. As practice shows, the production of the current long wave can receive an additional impetus for growth from the technologies of the next long wave. The technologies of the next industrial revolution often serve as improving innovations for the industries born of the previous industrial revolution. As a result, the new long wave increases the amplitude of the oscillations of the trajectory of the previous long wave. Such results of the interaction of long waves in the economy are similar to the effects of interference of physical waves. The mutual influence of the recessions and booms of the economies of different countries gives even more grounds for comparing the consequences of this mutual influence with the interference of physical waves. The article presents a model for the development of the technological base of production, taking into account the possibilities of combining old and new technologies. The model consists of several sub-models. The use of a different mathematical description for the individual stages of updating the technological base of production allows us to take into account the significant differences between the successive phases of the life cycle of general purpose technologies, considered in modern literature as the technological basis of industrial revolutions. One of these phases is the period of formation of the appropriate infrastructure necessary for the intensive diffusion of new general purpose technology, for the rapid development of industries using this technology. The model is used for illustrative calculations with the values of exogenous parameters corresponding to the logic of changing long waves. Despite all the conditionality of the illustrative calculations, the configuration of the curve representing the change in the return on capital in the simulated period is close to the configuration of the real trajectory of the return on private fixed assets of the US economy in the period 1982-2019. The factors that remained outside the scope of the presented model, but which are advisable to take into account when describing the interference of long waves of economic development, are indicated.

Dynamical characteristics of DNA kinks and antikinks
    Computer Research and Modeling, 2012, v. 4, no. 1, pp. 209-217

In this article in the frameworks of the sine-Gordon mode we have calculated the dynamical characteristics of kinks and antikinks activated in the homogeneous polynucleotide chains each if them contains only one of the types of the bases: adenines, thymines, guanines or cytosines. We have obtained analytical formulas and constructed the graphs for the kink and antikink profiles and for their energy density in the 2D- and 3D-dimension. Mass of kinks and antikinks, their energy of rest and their size have been estimated. The trajectories of kink and antikink motion in the phase space have been calculated in the 2D- and 3D-dimension.

Multicriterial metric data analysis in human capital modelling
    Computer Research and Modeling, 2020, v. 12, no. 5, pp. 1223-1245

The article describes a model of a human in the informational economy and demonstrates the multicriteria optimizational approach to the metric analysis of model-generated data. The traditional approach using the identification and study involves the model’s identification by time series and its further prediction. However, this is not possible when some variables are not explicitly observed and only some typical borders or population features are known, which is often the case in the social sciences, making some models pure theoretical. To avoid this problem, we propose a method of metric data analysis (MMDA) for identification and study of such models, based on the construction and analysis of the Kolmogorov – Shannon metric nets of the general population in a multidimensional space of social characteristics. Using this method, the coefficients of the model are identified and the features of its phase trajectories are studied. In this paper, we are describing human according to his role in information processing, considering his awareness and cognitive abilities. We construct two lifetime indices of human capital: creative individual (generalizing cognitive abilities) and productive (generalizing the amount of information mastered by a person) and formulate the problem of their multi-criteria (two-criteria) optimization taking into account life expectancy. This approach allows us to identify and economically justify the new requirements for the education system and the information environment of human existence. It is shown that the Pareto-frontier exists in the optimization problem, and its type depends on the mortality rates: at high life expectancy there is one dominant solution, while for lower life expectancy there are different types of Paretofrontier. In particular, the Pareto-principle applies to Russia: a significant increase in the creative human capital of an individual (summarizing his cognitive abilities) is possible due to a small decrease in the creative human capital (summarizing awareness). It is shown that the increase in life expectancy makes competence approach (focused on the development of cognitive abilities) being optimal, while for low life expectancy the knowledge approach is preferable.
