Моделирование течения в гидроциклоне с дополнительным инжектором
    Computer Research and Modeling, 2011, v. 3, no. 1, pp. 63-76

The computer analysis of primary structures for inulinases from various producers
    Computer Research and Modeling, 2011, v. 3, no. 1, pp. 85-92

It is shown that the basic amount of homologous parts at inulinases from various species is presented by Gln, Asn and Glu residues. Carboxyl groups of Asp and Glu side chains (a part of active center of inulinase) can play the role of contact groups for substrate molecules and also carry out acid-base catalysis. Comparison of primary structures of inulinases has shown that frequency of residue substitution is very variable along the polypeptide chain. The phylogenetic tree of inulinases from various sources is constructed. It is revealed that high homology degree is characteristic for enzymes from Aspergillus awamori, Aspergillus niger and Aspergillus ficuum. Rather small relation degree is shown for endo- and exo-inulinases.

Mathematical modeling of SHS process in heterogeneous reactive powder mixtures
    Computer Research and Modeling, 2011, v. 3, no. 2, pp. 147-153

In this paper we present a mathematical model and numerical results on a propagation of the combustion front of the SHS compound, where the rate of chemical reaction at each point of the SHS sample is determined by solving the problem of diffusion and chemical reaction in the reaction cell. We obtained the dependence of the combustion front on the size of the average element of a heterogeneous structure with different values of the diffusion intensity. These dependences agree qualitatively with the experimental data. We studied the effect of activation energy for diffusion on the propagation velocity of combustion front. It is revealed the propagation of the combustion front transforms to an oscillatory regime at increase in activation energy of diffusion. A transition boundary of the combustion front propagation from the steady-state regime to the oscillatory one is defined.

Superscale simulation of the magnetic states and reconstruction of the ordering types for nanodots arrays
    Computer Research and Modeling, 2011, v. 3, no. 3, pp. 309-318

We consider two possible computational methods of the interpretation of experimental data obtained by means of the magnetic force microscopy. These methods of macrospin distribution simulation and reconstruction can be used for research of magnetization reversal processes of nanodots in ordered 2D arrays of nanodots. New approaches to the development of high-performance superscale algorithms for parallel executing on a supercomputer clusters for solving direct and inverse task of the modeling of magnetic states, types of ordering, reversal processes of nanosystems with a collective behavior are proposed. The simulation results are consistent with experimental results.

Investigation of approximation order of invariant differential operators on movable irregular quadrangular grid
    Computer Research and Modeling, 2011, v. 3, no. 4, pp. 353-364

The a priori analysis of approximation of magnetohydrodynamic equations on irregular quadrangular analysis was performed. The values of coefficients wich determine the misalignment norm for difference analogs of operators gradient and divergence were calculated. Was studied the influence of properties of grid cells on misalignment. For the numerical confirmation of obtained estimations were cited the examples of calculations with specifying identical initial data on different grids.

Motion control simulating in a viscous liquid of a body with variable geometry of weights
    Computer Research and Modeling, 2011, v. 3, no. 4, pp. 371-381

Statement of a problem of management of movement of a body in a viscous liquid is given. Movement bodies it is induced by moving of internal material points. On a basis the numerical decision of the equations of movement of a body and the hydrodynamic equations approximating dependencies for viscous forces are received. With application approximations the problem of optimum control of body movement dares on the set trajectory with application of hybrid genetic algorithm. Possibility of the directed movement of a body under action is established back and forth motion of an internal point. Optimum control movement direction it is carried out by motion of other internal point on circular trajectory with variable speed.

Method of modelling of compact bone tissue structure
    Computer Research and Modeling, 2011, v. 3, no. 4, pp. 413-420

The method of modelling of a compact bone tissue microstructure is presented. The modelling sample is considered as set of the structural elements containing reinforcing element – osteon and a matrix. The form of structural elements is defined by distances to next osteons and directions of next osteons arrangement. Calculation of the stress and strain state of the modelling sample is carried out at tension in program complex ANSYS. Results of calculation have shown, that haversian canals are stress concentrators.

Hydrodynamical activation of blood coagulation in stenosed vessels. Theoretical analysis
    Computer Research and Modeling, 2012, v. 4, no. 1, pp. 155-183

The mechanisms of hydrodynamical activation of blood coagulation system are investigated in stenosed vessels for a wide range of Reynolds number values (from 10 up to 500). It is assumed that the vessel wall permeability for procoagulant factors rapidly increases when wall shear stress exceeds specific threshold value. A number of patterns of blood coagulation processes development are described. The influence of blood flow topology changes on activation of blood coagulation is explored. It is established that not only blood flow decrease, but also its increase may promote activation of blood coagulation. It was found that dependence of thrombogenic danger of stenosis on vessel lumen blockage ratio is non-monotonic. The relevance of obtained theoretical results for clinical practice is discussed.

    Computer Research and Modeling, 2012, v. 4, no. 1, pp. 201-208

The results of theoretical researches of molecular probe diffusion as well as its impact to probe fluorescence spectra are represented in this paper. The case with compound introduction to biological liquid as an injection has been considered. Shown, fluorescence spectra shifts of injected probe is a result of diffusion processes in biological liquid as well as its immobilization to contained structures (compound of peptides nature, different cell types and others).
